So what is the current desire for this ticket?

1) Do nothing and close the ticket
2) Do what the ticket originally requests and implement a getZookeeper that returns a Zookeeper object in both the MiniAccumuloCluster (public API) and MiniAccumuloClusterImpl (internal)
3) Only implement getZookeeper to return a Zookeeper object in the MiniAccumuloClusterImpl
4) Something different, I am completely off

If it is option 2 or 3, do you want MAC to close any returned Zookeeper objects automatically, or simply document they will need to be closed in the Javadoc?
