I don't think I can omit "B" and still be backwards compatible.  

If I leave "b" as is, then the code errors out currently.  Hmm

I think I have two options:
1. Support G, M, K, and B in all cases
2. Support G, M, and K in all cases but B only in upper case and add a clean error message
for b

What do you think.  I'm open to both.
