Josh Elser resolved ACCUMULO-1960.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Removed requirement to run as root to get around multi-user accumulo installs. Verified full
agitation on a single-user system and a multi-user system. [~ecn], please verify and re-open
if you have more issues.

> While running the agitator, I noticed that none of my tablet servers were being killed.
 The .err output file had gunk in it like this:
> {noformat}
> 20131203 18:15:45 Killing host1 0 1
> 20131203 18:25:45 Running tup
> standard in must be a tty
> 20131203 18:25:45 Starting datanode on host1
> standard in must be a tty
> {noformat}
> Everything (hdfs, yarn, accumulo) are all running as me.
