[~elserj] I agree that OSX packaging is just kind of a mess.  From a defensive "let's just
make this work" perspective, I'm not sure there's any downside to just putting more include
directories on that test line that cover the majority of cases, even if on certain systems
those directories don't technically exist.  :)
