Oh man, it would be awesome not to have to comment out folder.delete() any time I'm debugging
ITs.

As for grabbing the test method name, this is supposed to give you the test name during a
test:
{{@Rule public TestName name = new TestName();}}
it will be interesting to see if it works during a \@Before (which is when the MAC and its
output directory get created)
