[~sonixbp] -cluster was meant to MiniYARN against file:// with the subdir passed down, only
the property to set the dir {{instance.dfs.dir}} wasn't being set right , so it was falling
back to root. Fortunately init just tries to create a subdir in /, not erase the dir first...
