The deleteRows table operation could be made to support an inclusive start row.  It would be a much more involved change.

Inorder to avoid polluting the API, maybe we should not add a deleteRow() table operation.  Just  have the shell command call compact() with SingleRowFilter iterator directly when -r is specified.
