    Description: Many integration tests tend to start up an instance of MiniAccumuloCluster.
They use directories in /tmp and delete their folders when finished. This is difficult to
debug. Instead of using random filenames, they should use the name of the test, and instead
of writing to /tmp, they should write to ${project.build.directory} (aka "target/") and leave
their directory in place when finished for easier debugging (they can be cleaned with 'mvn
clean' and overwritten when the test re-runs).  (was: Many integration tests tend to start
