[~medined]: Yes, you've got it right. Additionally, if you do not have the VersioningIterator
set at all, and there were M entries with identical keys (same key, including timestamp, but
possibly different values), you would see anywhere between 1 and M of those M entries. In
my example dataset, you'd see anywhere between 1 and 4 of the R2 entries with timestamp T=2.
