Christopher Tubbs resolved ACCUMULO-1396.
-----------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Christopher Tubbs

Developers can now add the property general.maven.project.basedir with a value of the top-level
directory in the maven project, to their configuration to automatically include **/target/classes
in the classpath.

> It's quite frustrating that the example configuration files depend on an edited version
of the general.classpaths property to include target/classes from each of the modules. These
not only tend to get out of date, but they also don't seem to add much value to the general.classpaths
default. Additionally, they should not be provided as examples, because those are not examples
we want to recommend in production.
> Instead, we can provide a simple flag, perhaps as a single, hidden configuration option
to automatically prepend these to the value of general.classpaths, for developer use.
