Subject [jira] [Commented] (ACCUMULO-1346) deleterows should take a -r option
Date Fri, 10 May 2013 01:22:13 GMT

Drew Farris commented on ACCUMULO-1346:

So, the -b is exclusive, so we would need to find the string immediately prior to {{dddd}}
in order to delete the row dddd. Unless I'm mistaken, that string would be {{dddc%ff%ff%ff.....}},
with {{%ff}}'s up to the max width of a key. Bummer, not so practical.

There is possibly a way to do this in the internals. I some code to read before I can perpetrate
that change. Removing the newbie tag. <grin>

to use for deleting a single (large) row. It would be nice if a user could specify -r, similar
to scan.
