I was looking at ACCUMULO-1107, and realized this also. I was considering moving the native
stuff to its own sub-module, and with its own RPMS, so the main RPM can be noarch again, and
avoid the problem experienced in ACCUMULO-1107. I don't know if that's the best solution,
but I think it is.
