When attemting a dirty upgrade, i did not have the 1.4 walogs dir set for the 1.5 config.
 After setting that I am seeing the following error when testing upgrade.

This can reproduced by running "test/system/upgrade_test.sh dirty".    I am going to look
into this.  If anyone knows anything let me know.
