I see the words "too many columns" above, and I can't but think that perhaps we should just
treat data from listscans as though it were results from a table scan. We already know how
to deal with formatting output, filtering columns, etc. from any other real table. The problem
is that the "listscans" isn't a real table... but it would be trivial to treat it as one,
and get all the features that come with tables as a result. Why shouldn't we be able to get
a virtual table view of metadata like this?
