Ran "mvn verify" on my Fedora rawhide VM.
org.apache.accumulo.start.classloader.vfs.providers.VfsClassLoaderTest
Time elapsed: 15.849 sec  <<< ERROR!
java.lang.RuntimeException: Error setting up mini cluster
Caused by: java.io.IOException: Timed out waiting for Mini HDFS Cluster to
start

This could be another problem with rawhide.  I will setup a different VM
and try again.
