    The new `KeyBuilderImpl` now keeps not only the byte arrays but also offsets and lengths
of each byte and each method now takes this offset and length as optional parameters. In this
way we are able to reuse byte arrays to create `Key`s:
    
    ```java
    byte[] keyBytes = new byte[] { 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 }
    Key key = Key.builder().row(keyBytes, 0, 2).column(keyBytes, 2, 2).qualifier(keyBytes,
4, 2).build();
    ```
