    ACCUMULO-4328: Run multiple tablet servers per host (1.8 version)

    To be able to run multiple tservers per host, tserver.port.client and replication.receipt.service.port
must be zero in accumulo-site.xml. Number of tservers per host is configurable in accumulo-env.sh.
See the bottom of the file for examples. I was able to use the `instance` system property
to separate the logging for each tserver to its own file.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dlmarion/accumulo mts-1.8

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/110.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #110
