    I don't think [ACCUMULO-3975]( applies
here, unless someone runs >16 instances of this test in parallel.  There has to be more
concurrent scans running than the number of available tserver readahead threads in order for
a deadlock to be possible.  This test scans with 1 thread since it uses a non-Batch Scanner.
    Anyway, I'm happy to restrict the test to MINI if it makes you more comfortable.  The
more important point is fixing the issue.
