Subject Heads up, commits don't show up in Jira as comments anymore
Date Thu, 26 Jun 2014 15:41:08 GMT
Hi Accumulo!

Just a quick note on a change in behavior for the jira.

As of a couple of days ago[1], when commits get pushed we'll no longer see
a comment on referenced jiras. Instead, the commits will show up as logged
work.

This should help avoid overlap between commit messages and people
discussing the jira.

Practically, this means that if you want to see commits against some jira,
you'll need to go to the "work log" or "all" tabs instead of "comments."

You can see an example by looking at the ticket for ACCUMULO-2827[2].

Thanks Christopher and ASFInfra for taking care of this.
