If you have fetched column N, you can get column N+1 by specifying a more complex range:

Range r = new Range(new Key(row, cf, columnN), false, null, false);
{noformat}

There is no way to just jump to a column using an integer offset, but I'm not sure that's
really much use.  If it really is, you can write an iterator to do it, but either way it's
relatively inefficient compared to seek() with the proper key data.
