We should attempt to make it work on weenier hardware, if possible. We could accomplish this
either by scaling it down a little bit, or strive for relativistic performance results by
writing data, compacting, measuring scan time, and then anticipating some improved scan performance
by major compacting with the bloom filter enabled.
