    ACCUMULO-4721 Document rfile-info in the user manual (#310)
    
    * Updated the user manual documentation to reference rfile-info rather
    than org.apache.accumulo.core.file.rfile.PrintInfo. Should be easier to
    reference by a user than the longer classname.
