Connecting to Google calander but with a invalid URL (example missing / between calendar and
feeds) e.g. http://www.google.com/calendarfeeds/default/allcalendars/full

This will return an HTTP response 404 Not Found with an HTTP header Expires = -1

The following exception is thrown:
